Recent Projects Include:

The installation of a pumped system installed to raise effluent from a low level Railway Station and Hotel complex into a main sewer at 20 metre higher elevation. These works involved the building of a 4 metre deep pumping station together with the installation of associated civil works and mechanical equipment e.g. pumps, petrol interceptor, etc.

The installation of a pumped drainage system involving formation of a 4 metre deep pumping station and all associated civil works to lay a drain approx. 250 metres to a main sewer complex.

Both the above projects involved detailed planning to handle the critical interface with road traffic and travelling public to ensure Health & Safety requirements were not compromised.

Drainage renewal has been carried out for Wates Construction on 300 properties for Manchester City Council.
