GBJ Policy Statement

Our policy is to provide and maintain safe and healthy working conditions, equipment, and systems of work, for all our employees, and to provide such information, training and supervision as they need for this purpose. We also accept our responsibility for the health and safety of other people who may be affected by our activities.

It is also the responsibility of all Employees to work safely and with regard to health both to themselves and others affected by their activities.

This policy statement within its Policy Manual and related procedures are issued in OHSAS 18001 - 1999 compliance and are subject to audit, monitoring and review alongside our ISO 9002 - 2000 Quality Management System in the pursuit of continuing improvement.

All Health & Safety non compliances are recorded irrespective of how minor in order to achieve continuing improvements through corrective and preventive actions in “learning from mistakes”.

The Safety Management Representative is Bob Smith with full authority and responsibility for co-ordinating Health & Safety matters throughout the Organisation.
