GBJ operate using skilled tradesmen in dedicated teams who are fully trained in all aspects of the work. GBJ supervisors and operators have undergone formal training resulting in the presentation of the following certificates:

• City & Guilds of London Institute qualifying them for Street Works
Excavation and Reinstatement under sections 67 and 126 of the new
Roads and Streetworks Act 1991.

• CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) Management and
Operators.

• N.V.Q. Level 2 for Utility Services and General Highways Maintenance

• Personal Track Safety for projects carried out on behalf of Railtrack.

Every operator is fully kitted out with the necessary operating and safety equipment and all wear distinctive company logo on their safety clothing.
